The 8th of December 2012, will for long be remember by parents, guardians and graduating participants at the 9th Convocation of OIPA Free Computer Skill Acquisition programme. The event which took place at Nnewi Hall, by Alice Tinubu street, Orile-Iganmu. was well attended by parents, guardians and care-givers who arrived early to celebrate with the latest IT Compliance graduates. Leading the high table roll call,was the chairman, Orile-Iganmu Center Development Association (OCDA), Elder Olubunmi Diyaolu and the secretary Mr Hameed Musa, with high powered delegates from PROMASIDOR NIG LTD. Lead by the company P.R.O. Mr Isiaka Lawal. It was a testimony and jubilation galore as the 125 graduates received scroll and award of gift were presented to Best in attendance, Most behave, Third and second best and off course the overall best student went home with a complete set of flat screen monitor system. It should be of interest to note that, the over 600 guest were served with Chocolate Drinks and they all went home with additional packs of chocolates, courtesy of PROMASIDOR NIG LTD. With this, OIPA has once again fulfilled its obligation in the bridging of gap between children of the rich and less privileged through the provision and empowerment of 125 graduates of the Free computer skill Acquisition programme. On this note we which to express our profound gratitude to God and other well wisher who grace and contributes to the success of the programme, most especially, our Board of trustee chairman Barrister Kingsley Omose, the management and staff of Promasidor Nigeria Limited, the (OCDA), representative, the parents of graduating students, the CEO Oriki Films Institutes Mr Hamzat, OIPA Football Academy lead by the head coach Naheem Oladokun, OIPA Youths Vanguards, and members of the press lead by our own One-Voice Newspaper.
